Merge Duplicates

For when the same thing got entered twice. Pick which record to keep and which one is the duplicate — every reference to the duplicate elsewhere (Health, Weights, Calving, Breeding, etc.) gets repointed to the kept record first, then the duplicate is removed. This cannot be undone.

Link Calf to Cow

Pick an animal by its ear tag, then pick its mother (and optionally its sire) by their ear tags. This is the fastest way to fix a whole herd of calves and cows that were entered without being linked.

Bulk Link by Tag Number

Already know which calf goes with which cow? List them here, one pair per line, calf tag first: calf tag, cow tag. Works with either ear tag numbers or internal IDs, mixed freely.

Culling Report

Only cows you've checked "Mark for Culling" on the Cow list. If a cow is also past her average productive age or past her rebreed-by target, that's noted under Reason(s) below, but it doesn't add her to this report on its own — only the checkbox does.

Predicted First Estrus Report

Every active cow's Expected First Cycle date, soonest first.
